Whitley James Sharff, 19, Mandan, died November 7, 2013.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at First Lutheran Church, Mandan, ND with Rev. Lee Herberg officiating. Inurnment will be at Mandan Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
Whitley was born on June 4, 1994 to Jason and Julie (Fisher) Sharff in Fargo, ND. He grew up in the Mandan community and graduated from Mandan High School in 2012. His favorite things in life were hanging out with friends and family, listening to Dubstep, skateboarding, snowboarding, or anything that consisted of breaking a bone. Always a risk taker, Whitley lived life to the fullest.
Whitley was a kind, smart and funny person who will be deeply missed by his father, Jason and wife Tiffany Sharff, West Fargo; mother, Julie Sharff, Fargo; grandmother, Becky (Buckle) Sharff, sisters, Skyla Sharff, Mandan; and Chloe Sharff, West Fargo; brother, Cody Sharff, Mandan; Mandan; grandparents, Bill and Mary Sharff, Bismarck; grandfather, Gerald Fisher, Moorhead, MN; the Benson family, Steve, Roxy, Alex, Erin and Lisa; aunt, Kara (Mariano) Leyzamon; and special friend, Caitlin Bellon.
