Richard Schneider
April 30, 1956 — December 7, 2017
Richard H. Schneider, 61, Fargo, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2017 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Christ the King Catholic Church, Mandan, ND with Rev. Nick Schneider as celebrant.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Weigel Funeral Home, with a Rosary and Parish Vigil at 7:00 pm.
Richard was born April 30, 1956, to Harold and Norma (Maas) Schneider. He was born, raised, and educated in Aberdeen, SD. He moved to Fargo ND in 1980, where he was a collector of many things. He also enjoyed piecing puzzles together in his spare time.
Richard will be deeply missed by his parents, Harold and Norma Schneider, Bismarck ND; sisters, Roberta Schneider, Minot, ND, Antoinette Schneider, Bismarck, ND, and Tina (Jack) Eagon, Rhame, ND; brothers, James Schneider, Northwood, ND, and Donald Schneider, Arkansas; nieces and nephews, Rev. Nick Schneider, Mandan ND, Doug & Shannon Eagon with children Peyton, Sloane, and Nathan, Bismarck, ND, and April Eagon, Dickinson, ND.
Richard was preceded in death by his grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to the Montessori School at Christ the King, Mandan, ND.
