Ralph Kratz, 79, Mandan, passed away December 30, 2016 at his residence in Mandan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Spirit of Life Catholic Church, Mandan, ND with Msgr. Chad Gion as celebrant. Inurnment will be at Mandan Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm at the church.
Ralph was born on January 4, 1937 to Mike and Mary (Berger) Kratz. He married Delores Held on September 27, 1980 in Mandan. Delores died on November 7, 2006. Ralph enjoyed woodworking, having coffee at Dakota Farms with his friends and spending time with his family. Ralph was fond of his 2 pet cats and enjoyed their company.
Ralph will be deeply missed by his step-daughters, Debra (Dan) Davenport, Baldwin, ND, Kathy (Tony) Gardini and Lori (Scott) Miller both of Mandan, ND; step-sons, Michael (Cheryl) Wenger, Mandan, ND, Steven Wenger, Fargo, ND, Kenneth Wenger, Kingsman, AZ and Martin (Amy) Wenger, Jr, Sellingrove, PA; step-son-in-law, Tom Paul, Mandan, ND; 30 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; brothers, Adam and Tony Kratz both of Mandan, ND.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Delores and step-daughter, Susan Paul.
