She married Kenneth Tokach June 13, 1969 in Butte, Montana. The couple started their family in Montana but due to Ken's career in the mining industry his work took them to Nevada and Wyoming. In the early 1990s they returned to Ken's home state of North Dakota. Pam and Ken have made Mandan their home since.

She enjoyed baking and cooking for her friends and family, creating special meals for birthdays and holidays. One of her yearly favorites being her annual St. Patrick's Day corned beef and cabbage.

Many memories were made playing games with her family, especially her grandchildren. Pam was an avid animal lover. She raised dachshunds and would care for any animal she had the opportunity to.
Pam and Ken enjoyed many travels together. Several trips with World Wildlife Travel took them all throughout North America and South America, affording them the opportunity to see many animals in their natural habitat.
