Margaret "Peg" Brunelle

Margaret “Peg” Brunelle, 66, of Mandan, passed away August 6, 2019 in a Mandan Care Center.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Church of St. Joseph, Mandan, ND. A private family burial will be held at a later date.

Family will be receiving friends on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, with a Rosary/Parish Vigil at 7:00 PM.

Peg was born on January 1, 1953 to Bill and Margaret (Morton) Brunelle in Bismarck, ND.  She was raised in Mandan and graduated from Mandan High School.  Following high school, she attended Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing.  She worked as a nurse in the ICU at Sanford Health, Bismarck.  In her spare time, she loved gardening, cooking, traveling, shopping, and playing pinochle.

Peg will be deeply missed by her son, Jesse Brunelle of Mandan; two brothers, Gary Brunelle of Mandan and Mark (Debsy Kay) Brunelle of Twin Falls, ID; two sisters, Marlene Brunelle of Mandan and Paula Brunelle of Fargo; brother-in-law, David Froemming of Mandan; many nieces and nephews; and one great grandniece.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Carol; and one sister-in-law, Debbie.
