Lawrence Frank

Lawrence Frank, 85 of Bismarck, passed away January 28, 2020 at Augusta Place, Bismarck.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan. A private family inurnment will follow at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.

Lawrence Frank was born in Burnstad, ND, on August 22, 1934 to Jacob and Pauline (Gall) Frank. Lawrence graduated from Wishek High School. On September 9, 1956 Lawrence married Irene Koepplin.

Lawrence worked as a loan officer at multiple banks. He loved watching and attending sporting events. He was very much a “people person” and loved to visit. When asked how he was, he would reply “peachy”.

Lawrence will be deeply missed by his two sons, Steven (Julie) of Fargo, ND, and Bruce (Denise) of Kennewick, WA; five grandchildren, Nathan, Aimee, Kristin, Madison and Jake; and brother, Walter of Faith Hope, AL.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene; parents; in-laws, Edward and Katie Koepplin; sister, Esther (Elmer) Kaseman; brother, Richard; and niece Cindy Kaseman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
