A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, January 11, 2014 in the Chapel at Sanford Health Hospital in Bismarck.
Kelly is survived by his wife, Viola, Mandan; daughter, Jessica, Mandan; son, D.C., Mandan; sisters, Debbie (Larry) Larkin, Kansas; Sandy (Curt) Rekkedale, Virginia; Donna (Neil) Hamilton, Florida; and Carol Spicer, North Carolina.
