Joseph Paul Keller, affectionately known as "Tokyo Joe," was born on March 21, 1968, to Jeames and Bonnita (Wittkowski) Keller in Mandan. Joe was the youngest of five siblings. Despite his small stature, Joe had a heart full of love and generosity. Though shy around strangers, Joe's infectious personality shone through in laughter, singing, and occasional karate kicks. A passionate fighter and lover, Joe was fiercely protective of his family and his beloved orange cat, Albert. Known for his strong sense of justice, Joe never hesitated to stand up for what was right.

Joe had a deep passion for vintage Fords and was particularly skilled in auto mechanics and restoration. His friends and family admired his knowledge and expertise. Throughout his life, Joe was known for his long career as a semi-truck driver. He took great pride in his ability to skillfully maneuver belly and side dump trailers down county roads. Joe's professionalism behind the wheel was impeccable; he never received a ticket or recorded an accident throughout his career.

Joe is survived by his parents; children: Jered, Jaden, Katelynn; grandchildren: Aeriana, Lukas; siblings: Thomas, Catherine Ehlis, Rebecca Ressler and former spouse and friend, Wanda Schaff

He is preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Keller; nephew, Desmond Keller; brother-in-law, Allen Ressler; his beloved cat: Albert Keller as well as several close friends of Joseph's who had tragically or unexpectedly passed before him as Joe journeyed through his own life.

Joseph will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
