Jackie "Jack" Doll, 55, Flasher, entered into eternal life on December 12, 2016 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital from heart complications in Minneapolis, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, December 16, 2016 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Flasher, ND with Rev. Dennis Schafer as celebrant. Burial will be at a later date at St. Lawrence Cemetery, Flasher.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 pm at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Flasher, with a Rosary/Parish Vigil at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue at the church one hour prior to the service on Friday.
Jackie entered into earthly life on August 3, 1961 to Jack A. and Angeline (Hellman) Doll in Bismarck, ND. He was raised and educated in the Flasher area. Jackie graduated from Flasher High School and then continued his education at NDSCS in Wahpeton in Diesel Mechanics. He worked in the Medina and Bowman areas where he hauled fuel and oil for several years; he then worked for Ferrell Gas in Bismarck, and currently was employed at Prairie Knights Casino. He was a very private and independent man, who loved his family beyond measure and enjoyed spending time with them along with his friends and neighbors. Jackie loved to watch NASCAR, drag races and rodeos.
Jackie is survived by his mother, Angeline Doll of New Salem, ND; his sister, Mary Lou (Roger) Klemisch, New Salem, ND; his brother, Chris Doll of Solen, ND; his nephew and nieces, Kelly (Brittany) Klemisch, Allison (Andrew) Thiel and Angela (Brandon) Becker. He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews.
Jackie will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
Jackie was preceded in death by his father, Jack Doll.
