Arleen Roehrich, 62, Mandan, ND passed away March 11, 2017 at Sanford Health in Bismarck.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00 am at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, ND with Rev. Christina Martin officiation. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Arleen Susan Roehrich was known to her family and friends as Susie or Sue. She was born to Arley Heer and Helen Fidge on August 20, 1954 in Jamestown, ND. She married Benedict Roehrich April 27, 1974.
She grew up on a farm in Eldridge, ND where she had a love for horses. Family and friends were Arleen's passion. She enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. She also had a love for dogs.
Arleen graduated from Montpelier High School before attending St. Mary College and later Rasmussen College. She worked for Medcenter One Q&R Clinic for many year and later worked for United Blood Services before retiring.
Arleen is survived by her mother, Helen Fidge, Bismarck, ND; brother, Arley (Linda) Heer Garrison, ND; son, David Roehrich (Mark Magsam), Milwaukee, WI; daughter, Michelle (Bill) Sidor, Mandan, ND; grandchildren, Tiffany Bien, Bismarck, ND, Brooke, Athena and Tristan Sidor and Ivy Willer all of Mandan, ND and special friend, Alex Burr, Elgin, ND.
She was preceded in death by her father, Arley Heer.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be directed to the North Dakota Humane Society.
