Angela McLean

Angela McLean, 50, of Bismarck, gained her wings on February 27, 2020 surrounded by her family and friends in Bismarck, ND.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 6, 2020 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service on Friday.

Angie was born in Michigan, ND to Gene and Patricia (Hanson) Kotaska on March 5, 1969. She was a 1987 graduate of Devils Lake High School. She married Jack McLean on September 22, 1990 in Devils Lake, ND. She resided in Jamestown, ND where she raised three children, Erica, Brittany, and Mark. She moved to Bismarck, ND in 2008 when she began working as the Assistant Manager of Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch Thrift Store.

She loved spending time with family, friends, and her puppy, Motley. She enjoyed thrift store shopping, traveling, and spending time in Colorado.

Angie will be deeply missed by her three children, Erica McLean, Brittany McLean, and Mark McLean; four grandchildren, Aiydan, Shaeliyah, Kingstyn, and Lucy; former husband and great friend, Jack McLean; parents, Gene and Patricia Kotaska; sisters, Cindy (Randy) Mayers and Kathy (Eric) Watson; brothers, Tim Kotaska and Bill (Suzy) Kotaska; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was proceded in death by her grandparents, Stanley and Mildred Kotaska; sister-in-law, Kim Kotaska; father-in-law, Dan McLean; and step father-in-law, Eddie Moch.
