Bernice Eugenia (Keller) Morman, age 85, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021.
Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 19, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mandan. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, with a parish rosary & vigil at 7 PM.
Bernice was born June 23, 1936 in Bluegrass, North Dakota to the late Adam and Rose Keller. She married Harold Morman in Beulah, ND on June 28, 1954. They immediately moved to Mandan and lived there until she passed.
Bernice was an accomplished seamstress and owned her own alterations business. If the grandkids needed their pants hemmed, payment was a kiss on her cheek. Bernice loved singing in the St. Joseph’s church choir and cherished praying her rosary. She enjoyed reading and visiting with her family and friends.
Bernice is survived by her husband of 67 years, Harold; their 6 children, Jean (John) Horner, Joel (Karen) Morman, Jay (Chris) Bethke, Janet (Kevin) Kubisiak, Jennifer (Darin) Morman, and Jon Morman; 10 grandchildren, Calvin Schmidt, Cody Schmidt, Jason Morman, Melissa Hatzenbuhler, David Bethke, Michael Bethke, Timothy Kubisiak, Thomas Kubisiak, Benjamin Morman, and Sophie Morman; and several great-grandchildren.
