Grieving is a natural gift of human nature. By adulthood, most of us have had a cause to grieve for the death of a loved one, broken dreams, failed careers and relationship crises. Yet, our culture fails to support the expression of grief. These repressed emotions can lead to ill health, disconnecting us from our feelings and life itself.
Our goal is to capture the essence of that unique life story of the person who died. In so doing, we create a safe environment, move family members to a feeling level and encourage their participation. We respect the wishes of the deceased, listen to the wishes of the family and create a balance to meet these needs. Our hope is to give meaning and purpose to what can be a positive and healing bereavement experience.
